All orders placed by 3PM CST will be shipped within 1-2 business days with UPS Ground if not specific request for faster delivery with UPS Next Day Air. All Normal transit times should be 3 to 5 business days. Delivery times are Mon.-Fri. (except for public holidays) 8:00 - 17:00. Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation along with a tracking number that you may use to track your order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Free shipping on orders over $200 is not valid on rugs or other heavy items.
We use regular UPS rates or selected freight companies for international shipments.
Please note that the prices given reflect minimum pricing. If the weight or distance of the shipment causes its shipping cost to exceed these rates, you will be charged the actual shipping rate of the package.

We charge sales and use tax according to Federal and State guidelines.
A sales tax of 8.25% is charged for any purchases made by Illinois residents. Purchases made by out-of-state or international residents are not subject to sales tax.
If you are not satisfied with our product, you may return your unworn merchandise with all tags attached within 10 days upon receipt for a full refund (less shipping fees). Returned items should not have been worn or damaged and should be returned unused and in good condition. Shipping fees for returned items will be paid by customer.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE.
Please be aware that furniture is highly susceptible to damage during transit. Make sure to retain the original packing materials, original receipt and all merchandise tags for any item that you wish to return to us. You may have to provide supplementary packing materials if the outer carton has been worn during the original trip out to you.
Email us and give the reason for the return of your order number and the item you wish to return.
All personal information which we are given to process your purchase or when you visit our homepage will be handled confidentially and will not be given to a third party without your consent. You have the right to see your personal details upon request. If they are wrong, incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right to demand that the files be correct or deleted.
SO Stockholm Objects reserves the right of unintentional errors in the product information or on our web pages. We cannot guarantee our pictures to display all colors with 100% accuracy.
If SO Stockholm Objects fails to comply with the agreement because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to force majeure such as strikes, civil unrest, war or natural catastrophes such as earthquakes, volcanic action and other similar matters, SO Stockholm Objects will not be responsible for the consequences.
