Customer Service

Shipping
All orders will be delivered by UPS Ground. Normal transit times should be 1 to 2 weeks. Delivery times are Mon.-Fri. (except for public holidays) 8:00 - 17:00. Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation along with a tracking number that you may use to track your order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Freight
We use regular UPS rates.
Please note that the prices given reflect minimum pricing. If the weight or distance of the shipment causes its shipping cost to exceed these rates, you will be charged the actual shipping rate of the package.
Payment Options
We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express.
Prices
The prices displayed do not include freight.
Tax
We charge sales and use tax according to Federal and State guidelines.
A sales tax of 6.75% is charged for any purchases made by Illinois residents. Purchases made by out-of-state or international residents are not subject to sales tax.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with our product, you may return your unworn merchandise with all tags attached within10 days upon receipt for a full refund. Returned items should not have been worn or damaged and should be returned unused and in good condition. Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return.
Email us and give the reason for the return of your order number and the item you wish to return.
Personal Information
All personal information which we are given to process your purchase or when you visit our homepage will be handled confidentially and will not be given to a third party without your consent. You have the right to see your personal details upon request. If they are wrong, incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right to demand that the files be correct or deleted.
Product Information
SO Stockholm Objects reserves the right of unintentional errors in the product information or on our web pages. We cannot guarantee our pictures to display all colors with 100% accuracy.
Force Majeure
If SO Stockholm Objects fails to comply with the agreement because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to force majeure such as strikes, civil unrest, war or natural catastrophes such as earthquakes, volcanic action and other similar matters, SO Stockholm Objects will not be responsible for the consequences.
Price Changes
SO Stockholm Objects reserves the right to change prices. The price at the time of making an order is valid throughout the buying process.
